Pumpkin Pudding

This dessert is creamy, smooth and "oh soooo yummy!" The only time I ever have pumpkin pie is during the holidays. But this recipe is so easy to make, you'll find yourself enjoying it all throughout the year.

Ingredients

  • 2 (3.4 oz.) pkgs. Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 (15 oz.) can 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped topping (optional)
  • Cinnamon (garnish)

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the first 5 ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate for a couple hours and then portion into serving dishes. Serve with whipped topping and garnish with cinnamon.

Serves 5-6
