Pumpkin Pudding

This dessert is creamy, smooth and "oh soooo yummy!" The only time I ever have pumpkin pie is during the holidays. But this recipe is so easy to make, you'll find yourself enjoying it all throughout the year.
Ingredients
- 2 (3.4 oz.) pkgs. Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 (15 oz.) can 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped topping (optional)
- Cinnamon (garnish)
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the first 5 ingredients.
- Refrigerate for a couple hours and then portion into serving dishes. Serve with whipped topping and garnish with cinnamon.
