Chef Salad with House Dressing

This creamy quick-to-fix dressing is made with mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. But takes on a personality when the secret ingredients are added - Lemon & Mint! Also, try using this dressing as a dip for raw vegetables.
Ingredients
Salad
- Iceburg lettuce, chopped
- Tomato, cut into wedges
- Seedless cucumber
- Green olives
- Red onion, sliced
- Peppered ham, cut into strips
- Roasted turkey, cut into strips
- Super sharp cheese, cut into strips
- Hard boiled egg, sliced
- Croutons
Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbs. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. mint
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. dill
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together all of the ingredients thoroughly.
- Transfer to an air tight container and store in the fridge over night.
Yields 2 cups
- This dressing can be used as a dip for raw vegetables, just add in a little extra sour cream for a thicker consistency.
